The property was newly renovated in 2009, and offers quality guest ameneties in a fully self contained annexe of the main house.
Two pairs of french doors overlook the garden and open fields, and as it is all on ground floor level, the accommodation allows
good access for less mobile guests. There is ample guest parking and bicycles/sports equipment can be stored
in the garage upon request.
Accommodation for 4 guests briefly comprises;
A generous 'family' bedroom with double bed
and full sized bunk beds for children, built in wardrobe.
Bright and airy open plan lounge area with LCD TV& DVD player.
High quality furnishings, including sprung double sofa bed
(which can sleep 2 additional guests upon request).
Fully fitted quality kitchen with fan assisted oven & gas hob, microwave,
large fridge freezer and dish washer.
Luxury shower room with generous shower cubicle, power shower, basin and w.c.
The garden offers lots of space to relax and unwind,
with a pretty summer house, raised decked area and Koi pond.
There are various outdoor seating areas.
