Here at St Cuthbert's, guests receive a warm welcome. The property is of a high standard and offers quality guest ameneties.

An annexe of the main house, with its own entrance and guest parking.
The cottage is on ground floor level with 2 sets of french doors overlooking the lovely garden.  The property is suitable for less mobile guests.

Family sized bedroom with double bed and bunk beds for children.

Large open plan lounge area with LCD TV, DVD player.
Sprung double sofa bed (sleeps 2 additional guests on request).
Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer.

Luxury bathroom with generous shower cubicle, power shower, basin and w.c.

Storage area for coats, boots and shoes.

Guests may store bicycles or other sporting equipment in the garage during their stay.

The garden offers space to relax and unwind,
with a summer house, raised decked area and pond.

We have our own hens and ducks for fresh organic eggs.
Situated in a lovely rural location with open views from the garden.
There is a small wooded area which is fantastic for those little boys (and girls!) who like to climb and build camps!!!

The location is perfect for a quiet relaxing break after a busy day out sightseening in the surrounding area.

We are ideally situated for the coast to coast walk, Croft racing circuit, and lots, lots more.
